The Terminal Operations Manager is responsible for the management of the grain handling facility including overseeing the receiving and grading of grain; storage, handling and shipment of product; and maximizing rail incentives and blending opportunities to meet end user specifications and optimize profitability. Oversees operation of plant and equipment while ensuring environmental, health, safety and risk management measures are in place.

The ideal candidate will have a Degree/Diploma in Agriculture/Business and a minimum of 3 - 5 years related agricultural industry experience. Candidates will have excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
