Description:
Coordinating meetings and local events as required
Preparing, tracking, and submitting expense reports for assigned groups
Assist functional leads with budgeting responsibilities, including accurate and timely reporting of SG&A budgets and forecasts
Processing of invoice payments in the A/P system
Entry of purchasing orders in SAP
Key point of contact for the summer student hiring process, including: coordinating interviews, hire packages, background checks, and participating in orientation sessions
Preparing documents and presentation materials
Screen and respond to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls
Assist QMS Champion with database entry and timely follow-up regarding system entries
Provide support for ESH programs and requirements
Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma or certificate in related field with a minimum 3-5 years of related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proven experience in supporting large teams
- Team player, with proven capabilities to work effectively, and cooperatively in a team based environment
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Office software packages (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Previous experience with SAP is considered an asset
