We're looking for someone who:  
 Develops and maintains effective Parts Department processes and support to ensure a measure of internal and external customer satisfaction.   
Creates annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.  
 Develops and executes Parts Department marketing plan and review progress monthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals.  
 Takes the lead in sharing best practices and implementing common process throughout the Parts Department(s).   
Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system and return policy that achieves a minimum:  
 a. Percent of Fill ratio of greater than 80%  
 b. Zero Sales levels of 10 – 12%  
 c. Parts Inventory Turnover of a minimum of 2X    Recruits, hires, develops and retains key talent by maintaining a current Internal Depth Chart, Hiring Plan and an individual development plan.   
Achieves a 75-90% daily Stock Order percentage through maximizing use of all parts order discount programs.   
Submits all parts warranty and return claims within the required time frame to receive maximum credit.  
 Maintains a minimum Parts Department absorption ratio of 45%.   
Maintains all department tools, equipment and vehicles in good working order.
