Regional market leader in dairy feeds seeks Dairy Sales/Nutritionist to join their team to consult with an established and prospective client base of local dairy producers to provide optimal and economic feeding programs and best practices.

To be considered for this job you must possess:
BS degree in dairy science, animal science or ruminant nutrition
+4 years experience in a direct-to-dairy sales or technical support role for nutritional products
Excellent track record of customer retention
The ability to balance rations using current software programs
Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of being a trusted advisor to producers
Highly developed follow-up skills
Self-motivation, self-direction and the ability to work well on a team
Excellent verbal communication skills, above average written skills
Experience interacting with members of a dairyman’s advisory team including the DVM, finance, agronomy and herd managers.
Business development skills and a friendly smile
Salary: $65,000.00 – $90,000.00
