AgCareers.com is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Project Coordinator with our Technology team.  The position requires the candidate to:

    Interface with team members  to determine priorities and capture these in short term and long term technology plans
    Develop Business Requirement documents & project plans,  work with other technical resources to develop functional specifications, and to develop detailed project plans for scope and timelines,
    Work with developers throughout the project life cycle to develop, release, and maintain product/service as needed
    Troubleshoot, test new and current functionality of the website in the staging process as well as on the live site
    Coordinate end to end testing activities for small and large projects
    Ability to identify and trouble shoot problems before users encounter them
    Communicate with internal team and client expectations
    Ability to develop new ideas, expand on current ideas, and have the ability to see the project from start to finish

You must be able to demonstrate:
    An interest in technology and some experience to oversee technology projects that include but are not limited to the development of websites and creation of mobile applications
    Knowledge of the functionality of servers, staging sites as well as live sites  or willingness to learn
    Excellent  written and oral communication skills, and a professional  manner
    An ability to train internal staff on features and functionality
    Capability to work with team members in various offices and locations, to balance priorities, to manage resources and project scope requirements
    Strong Problem Solving, Analysis & Trouble shooting skills
    Data handling experience and knowledge of RSS, XML, ATS systems, etc. would be an asset but not required. However willingness to learn is a must.

    Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
    Effective time management skills
    Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
    Technical aptitude

Education and Experience:
    Degree/diploma business
    Experience in Project Management
