The Barn Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the barns. The responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

•     Daily animal health, feeding, and ventilation;
•     Managing and execution of vaccination and bio-security programs;
•     Managing and participation in shipping and placement of chicks;
•     Manage and partake in barn cleaning and disinfecting;
•     General poultry husbandry and upkeep of barns and equipment;
•     Setup/programming of computerized ventilation and feed systems;
•     Data capturing and completion of reports required by clients and government agents;
•     Book keeping, preparation of financial statements and submitting of taxes and fees as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements;
•     Attending industry meetings and courses/seminars deemed necessary;

After hour monitoring of barn systems with an electronic device and initiating corrective action in the event of failures.
