QUALIFICATIONS:

- BS Business, Marketing or Engineering degree preferred

- Minimum 2 years Sales and/or Marketing experience, preferably in Poultry Production or an equivalent industry

- Engineering or construction experience beneficial

- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical control systems, suspension systems, feeding systems and nest systems highly beneficial

- Exceptional Communication skills

- Excellent Organizational skills

- Computer proficiency

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a Solid Ag Equipment Manufacturer seeking experienced Regional Sales Managers for several regions in Canada. Primary responsibilities to include:

- Sales support for specific product lines

- Product R&D

- Product line upgrades, product expansion/standardization and elimination of weak product lines

- Supporting custom project estimations

- Inventory management including price book and service manual maintenance

- Oversight of field technician team including training and service report resolution

- Providing marketing and technical integration personnel with assistance
