Golder Associates is seeking experienced Contracts Specialist(s) for its Vancouver and/or Calgary offices. The successful candidate(s) will bring a post secondary education, a strong construction, mining and/or oil & gas background and 4 or more years of paralegal and/or contracts administration experience. As part of the legal team, the right person will be a mature, detail-oriented, organized and personable individual, who enjoys the challenge of working independently and taking on responsibility.
As a member of Golder’s global legal team, the successful candidate will report to Golder’s General Counsel, work closely with all business units and be involved in a broad range of practice areas, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating engineering and construction contracts, risk management, policy and training.
