We are a medium sized law firm seeking a Senior Accident Benefits Paralegal for one of our personal injury teams in our Toronto Office.
Are you a seasoned paralegal highly experienced in managing Accident Benefits files of varying complexity, highly experienced in mediating and arbitrating files, looking for a rewarding career, very organised, a good team player, can work on your own, have superior customer service skills, able to handle pressing deadlines and detailed in your work? Do you have a positive attitude and the desire for a challenge? Are you able to communicate very well both oral and written, and do you have strong organizational and prioritization skills? Do you really know your SABS and Civil Procedures?
