Administration skills required:
Working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities, you’ll provide confidential administrative and budget support to the Vice-President of Operations.
You’ll act as liaison with internal and external customers, analyze reporting and trends, and set up meetings and functions for the business unit.
Using standard administrative work methods, you’ll prepare and process correspondence, co-ordinate required-action responses, manage the VP’s email account and approve invoices.
