We are hiring a Sales Development Representative.
This position is responsible for application administration for all of DLL’s retail business units with a focus on the Agriculture Industry.
This position will enter application information, issue notification of application status to clients, create document packages and resolve problem/outstanding transactions.
Specific Accountabilities:
Enter applications as received:
> Code applications to the correct client and BDM territory (Food & Agriculture)
> Pull credit reports as required
> Score the application
> Forward all applications to Credit if not approved through scoring
> Follow up for additional credit information as required
> Provide notification to dealers.
Create new applications for drawdown on approved line as new funding is received.
Review and follow up on outstanding approvals.
Issue client notifications in a timely and accurate fashion.
Responsible for maintaining service levels within the application team.
Provide quoting as required on transactions.
Develop and maintain a positive consultative relationship with vendors, customers and co-workers in support of the overall sales effort.
Other duties (general office) as required.
Qualifications:
Business experience with a minimum of 2 years in the leasing industry, specifically in the food and agriculture industry
Post-secondary education
Decision making abilities, ability to think logically
Strong communication and administrative skills are essential
Bilingualism (French/English) is preferred but not required
Proficient in MS – Word & Excel and Outlook
