We have an immediate permanent full-time opening for a: Customer Service Representative    Located in Regina, SK and reporting to theCustomer Service Manager,you will provide outstanding customer service to Bayer CropScience distributors, retails and internal staff. Key Responsibilities:    · Providing a high level of customer service to Bayer CropScience customers, including tasks such as:

    Accurately processing product orders and all other sales related transactions
    Tracing shipments
    Problem solving
    Invoicing and customer account reconciliations
    Sales reporting
    Responding to inquiries by phone and e-mail
    Maintaining customer pricing and master data
    Co-ordination of product allocations

    Responding to inquiries from internal Bayer CropScience customers
    Exercising critical thinking and sound decision-making in a fast-paced team environment

Qualifications:
    Certificate in Office or Business Administration is preferred
    3+ years’ experience in a professional customer service role is preferred
    Administrative experience is an asset
    Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a member of a high-performing team
    Aptitude for analysis and critical thinking
    Mathematical skill and aptitude for working with numbers, related to credit/debit and invoicing activities
    Proven ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, both verbally and in writing
    Highly-developed organizational skills are a must
    Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, and Excel in particular
    Working knowledge of SAP would be an asset
    Experience in an agriculture environment would be an asset
