Coach, manage and challenge the team of Business Representatives as they support our grower customers and AgriBusiness retailers through introducing new technologies and solutions as well as current products. To be successful in this role, your background will include:

    University degree in any related field; agricultural and business preferred.
    Strong sales accomplishments early in career broadened by product or account management and ideally 3+ years managing field sales professionals.
    Up and coming track record and desire to drive business for customer, company and personal success.
    Proven ability to initiate, develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships in this demanding, competitive and exciting industry.
    Strong understanding of the use of products to enhance production is an asset.This may have been achieved from family farming background if your sales management experience has been achieved outside this industry.
    Financial and analytical skills i.e. budgeting and P & L statements.
