 Delta Power in Essex is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to work with our sales team. Applicant should have sales and/or agriculture experience with farm equipment. You must be able to work independently with Ag customers with professionalism and dedication. Compensation would be based on experience. Requirements Education

    High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical/Professional Knowledge
    Strong knowledge of agriculture/recreational marketplace.
    Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
    Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
    Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
    Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
    Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
    Excellent listening skills and strong written communication skills.
    Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
    Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
    Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Work Conditions
