FIELD TRIAL COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATES (4-month summer terms starting in May to August)  
As a field trial compliance associate you will provide support to the compliance monitoring program, aiding in the advancement of new traits.
You will have responsibilities for compliance monitoring and maintenance of trial site isolation areas and post-harvest sites to a high standard.
A key component in this role is ensuring standard operating procedures are maintained and followed. Responsibilities:

weekly monitoring of isolation areas and post-harvest sites for the presence of related species
maintaining the sites to a standard expected by Bayer CropScience and the Canadian Government using techniques such as
spraying
tilling
mowing.

Qualifications:
    strong agronomic competence through an agricultural background.
    demonstrated problem solving skills
    ability to be flexible and modify plans as situations change.
    ability to work in a group as well as be self motivated to get solo tasks accomplished.
    must be able to operate machinery; mechanical aptitude is an asset.
