Job description:

The New Product Portfolio Agronomist is responsible for identifying strategic directions and conducting market analyses to determine NutriAg product placement (both internally and externally). The New Product Portfolio Agronomist will also providing technical support on agronomic issues to the sales, R&D, and marketing departments.

Principal Accountabilities:

•     Identifying strategic directions and product placement opportunities
•     Advising various departments on upcoming or existing trends in the market
•     Managing a comprehensive portfolio of agronomic services
•     Providing technical leadership on agronomic issues

Skills:

•     Degree in Agronomy or related discipline
•     5 years of agronomy and industry experience
•     Will be required to obtain CCA accreditation
•     Strong technical, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
•     Knowledge of and familiarity with current technical agronomy applications
•     Ability to effectively lead a team of employees
•     Skilled with multidisciplinary communication and interaction
