Aquatic Coordinator – $16.32/hr (2013 wage rate)
    Current Lifesaving Society NLS Award
    Current Lifesaving Society Instructor Award
    Current LSS Learn to Swim Instructor
    Current Standard First Aid and CPR “C”
    Aquatic Supervisory Training (AST course)
    High Five: QUEST would be an asset
    High Five -Principles of Healthy Child Development
    Working knowledge of standard computer applications
    Level 1 Criminal Clearance Certificate
    Valid Ontario Driver’s License
    Use of a vehicle for corporate business is essential (mileage is compensated)
    All positions require individuals to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pool Supervisors – $14.92/hr (2013 wage rate)
    Current Lifesaving Society NLS Award
    Current Lifesaving Society Instructor Award
    Current LSS Learn to Swim Instructor
    Current Standard First Aid and CPR “C”
    High Five – Principles of Healthy Child Development
    Level 1 Criminal Clearance Certificate
    Works well with children
    All positions require individuals to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Swimming Instructors – $11.24/hr (2013 wage rate)
    Current Lifesaving Society NLS Award
    Current Lifesaving Society Instructor Award
    Current LSS Learn to Swim Instructor
