Job Description:
• Provides guidance and coaching to managers in performance management, disciplinary records as well as the creation and monitoring of action plans..
• Identifies training needs with store managers district managers.
• Establishes and maintains partnerships for recruitment in local communities, together with the leaders of the store and district managers.
• Ensure that all provincial and federal laws are implemented and managed proactively
• Performs audits / issues recommendations.
• Actively participate in discussions about performance management as well as the process of succession planning and talent identification.
• Take part in decisions on wages to ensure equity, as required by law.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train and motivate staff
• Flexible with working schedule (days/evenings/weekends)
