Job Description

The position calls for an innovative, solid marketing professional who is prepared to deliver tangible results. 


Travel:  up to 25% travel across US and Canada


Responsibilities:

- Lead a team in the Development, Planning, Execution and Management of result-oriented national or local marketing plans for Brand Building and Sales Growth

- Development and control of annual marketing calendar and budget

- Evaluate and monitor qualitatively and quantitatively the ongoing effectiveness of marketing plans

- Monitor and Analyze economic and market conditions, as well as competitive environment

- Management of all marketing initiatives including non-traditional venue and analysis of Return on Investment (ROI) on marketing initiatives and resources

- Liaising/supervise promotional partners, advertising agencies, research firms and other service providers/suppliers of all marketing initiatives

- Working with Operations and Purchasing on new product development including trend analysis, market testing, consumer surveys and system-wide rollout

- Working with Franchisees, Operations and agencies to ensure local marketing efforts are consistent with national plan

- Manage the marketing standards of all brands within the Group through the review and approval of external brand-related communications where appropriate (ads, brochures, signage, etc.)

- Consumer research



Qualifications:

- Education required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

- Industry experience: 5 plus years of proven marketing performance in food-retail or related environment including local store marketing. Website, social networking, millennial-oriented marketing and QSR experience are pluses

- A good, strategic marketing mind. Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and develop an executable plan with clear deliverables and quantifiable results

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and budgets.
