The Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the Ministry of Rural Affairs has an exciting opportunity to make a difference in Ontario through advancing traceability adoption!??As the Coordinator, Premises Information Management, you will play a key lead role in moving ahead with the Premises Identification pillar of traceability. What can I expect to do in this role?
You will:
• coordinate and lead projects related to maximizing premises information in Ontario
• collaborate and integrate the existing and future needs of various internal and external stakeholders around premises information
• facilitate the research, planning, costing and implementation of premises information management strategies within the Ministry
How do I qualify?
Knowledge:
• you have knowledge of traceability policies, practice and trends including premises identification as a key pillar of traceability
Leadership Skills:
• you have demonstrated leadership skills to effectively lead and implement the strategy for enhancing the Provincial Premises Registry in Ontario
Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills:
• you have strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to work horizontally with various internal and external stakeholders to advance the integration of premises information and systems
• you have consensus-building skills and the ability to collaborate on diverse client needs?
Project Management Skills:
• you have strong project management skills to coordinate and lead the ongoing development of premises-based information management
Research and Analytical Skills:
• you have strong analytical skills to analyze complex information issues and develop options for moving forward
Note:
• As a result of the recently agreed to AMAPCEO collective agreement, a new job evaluation system will be implemented on October 1, 2013 and the job code identified in this posting is subject to revision. In the new job evaluation system, the classification level of this position has not yet been determined.
Salary range: $65,957.00 – $82,208.00 per year
