Exceptional administrative skills required
Working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities, you’ll provide confidential administrative support to the Vice-President of Finance.
You’ll direct workflow, handle travel arrangements, and set up meetings and functions for the division.
Using standard administrative work methods, you’ll prepare and process correspondence, co-ordinate required-action responses, manage the VP’s calendar and approve invoices. You have a diploma or certificate in administration or business and at least five years of related experience (equivalent). Fluency in both official languages is required.
