In your role, you will:
- Supervise a group of methods agent whose functions are to support the production of Global 5000/6000 aircrafts in terms of manufacturing/installation methods and initiate/ participate in projects to improve the production line.
- Maintain/implant some process : creation workbook and change notice, harmonization of engineering ; production of actions folders, files of first article inspection and follow their implantation, analysis of production problems and managing change requests, all in ANDON mode.
- Establish and maintain the master plans of your area.
- Manage your team performance using KPI’s.
- Manage employee workload and individual performance.
- Participate actively in the leadership of your function/team.
- Elaborate strategic and tactical plans to obtains objectives.
- Maintain activites of your function within allocated budget.
- Promote usage of Achieving Excellence system.
- Work in close collaboration with other functions such as production, engineering, logistics, quality and human resources.

Qualifications:
As our ideal candidate;
- You have a DEC in aircraft construction and 5 years of related experience.
- You have excellent management skills
- You show very strong leadership, judgment, flexibility, and are able to work with minimum supervision
- You are results oriented, able to meet tight deadlines and comfortable to work under pressure. Have a sense of urgency.
- You have a great deal of initiative and a passion to be part of a winning team.
- You are good with team work (Logistics, Production, Quality, Engineering).
- You are familiar with assembly line processes.
- You are able to put in place quality process for on time delivery with clear and common objectives.
- You have a good command of English and French, both written and spoken.
- You have knowledge of continuous improvement
