Oversee day-to-day activities of Ground Station operations and coordinate the usage of Ground Station systems and personnel to ensure support of all engineering groups requesting flight test data.

In your role, you will:
- Adhere to Bombardier Flight Test Center general work instructions
- Prioritize daily tasks for Ground Station activities and schedule personnel to support a seven day operation
- Develop, revise, and document Ground Station 0perations and processes
- Communicate, train, and ensure Ground Station operations and processes are known and followed
- Evaluate, review and provide feedback to personnel on their performance and actively manage Performance Management Plan (PMP)
- Assist subordinate employees in the performance of their duties as necessary
- Ensure and maintain proper functionality of Ground Station equipment
- Communicate software requirements and provide feedback to Ground Station development team
- Coordinate the creation and revision of the Parameter Database as dictated by instrumentation group
- Design and create graphic displays for Telemetry Test data
- Coordinate all telemetry tests with Flight Operations group
- Coordinate the set-up of Front-End equipment for Telemetry tests
- Ensure data output from telemetry tests conforms to engineering requirements
- Assist instrumentation and engineering groups with resolving data anomalies
- Coordinate engineering requests for test data
- Coordinate the storage and retrieval of all test data media

Qualifications:
As our ideal candidate,
- You have Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or related area
- You have 5 years of experience in flight test data processing including desired experience working with operating systems such as VMS, UNIX, Windows or NT.
- You have working knowledge of Performance Management Plan process
- You have thorough knowledge of Ground Station operations and processes
- You have working knowledge of Bombardier Aerospace Engineering System
- You have the ability to supervise employees in the performance of their duties
- You have the ability to create graphic displays using computer software
