AGDATA LTD a leading provider of agricultural data management services across Canada is currently seeking to fill a Account Coordinator Fulfillmentposition.

AGDATA LTD specializes in providing point of sale data collection, database management, marketing program administration, web development, and data analysis services for leading agricultural product manufacturers.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Coordinator Fulfillment is responsible for managing the fulfillment of sales and marketing programs for existing clients and new clients in the areas of crop protection and seed products. The Coordinator manages key client fulfillment programs and project management.

Primary Responsibilities:
Client Relationships

    Maintain close day-to-day relationships with primary contacts within each key Client’s organization.
    Provide the best possible solution to ensure client retention and growth.
    Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all projects.
    Establish an effective working relationship with Clients by maintaining high quality standards and solve problems.

Account Team

    Motivated a Client teams to ensure the key criteria focus on client deliverables.
    Support and resolve any problems that arise by a strong day-to-day understanding of the operations.
    Responsibility for the supervision of the account, delegation of work, control of work allocated and definitive project management responsibility.
    Capable of monitoring internal quality, detection and controlling internal problems without recourse to the client deliverable.

Data Insights and Expertise

    Comprehensive understanding of the crop protection and seed market.
    Knowledge on the application of data with market data and customer data that provides insight and decision making.
    Develop customer and prospects information tools to support client’s business requirements.

    SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
        Strong Agriculture market knowledge and successful consultative selling.
        Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Marketing and a minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing management and/or account management.
        Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key industry/marketing influencers, and network with peers.
        Sound understanding of database management and data analysis.
