    a proven record of integrated media sales and marketing ability
    a post-secondary education combined with minimum five years’ sales experience
    strong knowledge of Canada’s agricultural industry generally and the grains and oilseeds sector particularly
    exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    a strong customer focus with the ability to understand all facets of a client’s organization and potential marketing opportunities
    the ability to operate with a high degree of professionalism and integrity
    a valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle
