Position Overview:
As Contracts & Commission Administrator (FundSERV Administrator), you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of contractual and licensing obligations with respect to the processing and administration of commissions for contractual and non-contractual changes on in-force policies. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service through accurate interpretation and communication to FundSERV dealers, Financial Advisors and Regional Marketing Consultants.

You will work closely with all members of Contracts & Compensation department, as well as the Wealth Management Admin area in London. This position reports to the Supervisor, Commission & Compensation.

Accountabilities:
Processing various changes for FundSERV policies.
Reconciling weekly commission payments to FundSERV dealers
Investigating commission discrepancy if required
FundSERV dealer or representative set up/update
Daily contact / communication with FundSERV dealers, Financial Advisors, Support Staff at Regional Marketing Centers, and London Wealth Management Admin team via telephone, fax, email, letter, etc.
Ad-hoc project as assigned by leader

Qualifications and Competencies:
Post-secondary college diploma or working towards accreditation
3 years related experience
Proven mathematical aptitude and basic accounting knowledge
Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented
Ability to multi-task and prioritize high volume incoming work
Strong analytical ability, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Team player and quick learner
Strong PC and mainframe processing skills
Knowledge of FASAT, SIEBEL, PIP, SAS, INGENIUM and MS Office are preferred
