Manager Revenue Performance Management
Based in Toronto and reporting to Sr. Manager Revenue Management, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the overall revenue performance improvement with specific focus on performance management responsibilities. We are looking for a data driven, analytical, financially savvy person who understands the financial, strategic, operational elements that drive revenue and able to manage cross functional teams to deliver on the assigned objective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Manage overall revenue management programs and provide analytical insights into overall revenue performance
  • - Work closely with Finance , PDP, Pricing, Marketing, Sales, & Call center teams to understand and track revenue impact on programs launched across the organization
  • - Develop executive level performance updates and presentations on revenue performance
  • - Represent Marketing at working level steering teams to provide support needed in launching revenue related initiatives
  • - Develop templates, dashboards, excel models as needed support various revenue/ARPU initiatives
  • - Actively manage performance of revenue targets across the organization (care, sales, marketing)
  • - Manage monthly/quarterly target calibrating sessions with various cross functional stakeholders on revenue targets
  • - Perform deep dives and root cause analysis as required on revenue related initiatives
  • - Assist with development and launch of programs to optimize revenue performance
  • - Build business cases and PDPs as required to launch initiatives
  • - Actively engage and manage key operational cross functional stakeholders to deliver against objectives
  • - Perform PIR on past revenue impacting initiatives to improve overall revenue performance
  • - Work closely with Pricing team and provide input to optimize revenue performance

Requirements:
  • - 6+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Marketing, Pricing function
  • - Previous experience in the Wireless/Cable/Telco industry strongly preferred
  • - Previous experience in performance reporting and program management of large enterprise level initiatives
  • - Previous experience in developing executive level presentations
  • - Previous experience in developing & launching impactful revenue related initiatives in a matrix organization is a plus
  • - Ability to analyze impact of operational drivers (programs, process, policy) on revenue line items and work with cross functional stakeholders to implement changes
  • - Able to communicate complex information to decision makers and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • - Experience in handling multiple priorities and operate independently in a fast paced, deadline driven, matrix environment
  • - Ability build rapport with cross functional teams and contribute to the growth and development of the Pricing Strategy & Revenue Management team
  • - Experience in leading projects as assigned and lead junior staff and cross functional members on assigned projects
  • - Undergraduate degree. MBA or Graduate degree in a relevant discipline from a tier-1 school strongly preferred
