We are looking for a very organized individual with strong communication skills to join our Warranty Service department as Repair Coordinator. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service and act as the main contact person for the Warranty Service team.
Ideally you will have:
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with multiple departments and teams
- Comfortable using a variety of communicational tools such as phone, email, and webcam
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to take initiative and work without direct supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring negotiation and problem solving skills
- Own or have access to a vehicle regularly to travel to the head office
- Cantonese or Mandarin language skills
- Some experience in quality control an asset
- Knowledge of Arc’teryx sewing and lamination techniques
- Interest or involvement in activities that we make product for
- Extensive knowledge of Arc’teryx product and how it’s used
- Experience with TAS
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Provide customer service that distinguishes our brand from the competition
- Act as the main contact person at the factory for the Warranty Service team
- Maintain reporting documentation for use by service teams, Quality Control and Design
- Make final decisions based on judgment and communication with Warranty Service team when required by warranty/repair operators
- Coordinate repair operators, monitor repair turnaround time, and predict and communicate needed allocation of repair operators in the Factory
- Support repair process and technique improvement
- Work closely with Quality Control staff and assist with quality control work to ensure that Arc’teryx’ workmanship standards are met on all repairs
- Ship out repaired product and send trigger emails to customers
- Order raw materials for repair team and individual repairs
