Enforcement Services is seeking a high energy, well organized individual capable of multi-tasking, whose challenge will be to maintain excellence in customer service.
The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, receiving complaints, dispatching enforcement officers, conducting computer record checks, issuing permits and providing information about city bylaws and services.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus a diploma in Office or Business Administration. A combination of other post-secondary education and experience may be considered.
• Ability to present yourself in a positive and professional manner through tactful communication (both verbal and written) with co-workers, partners and other groups.
• Available to work days and occasional evenings.
• A strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products is essential for this position.
• Be self-motivated, flexible and able to organize your work to maintain tasks within established standards and timelines.
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s license and own method of transportation.
Upon selection, the successful candidates will be required to complete the following:
• Enhanced Reliability – RCMP Security Clearance
