Enforcement Services is seeking a high energy, well organized individual to complete a number of projects related to our department’s Business Licensing program.
The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of duties, including data entry, creating forms, drafting correspondence/promotional materials, meeting with stakeholders and suggesting policy changes.
This position will report to the Enforcement Services Program Manager.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus some post-secondary education. A combination of other education and experience may be considered.
• Ability to present yourself in a positive and professional manner through tactful communication (both verbal and written) with co-workers, partners and other groups.
• Previous experience working with Municipal Bylaws and Provincial Statutes.
• A strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products is essential for this position.
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to organize your work to maintain tasks within established standards and timelines.
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s license and own method of transportation.
