The successful candidate will expand Scotiabank's territory market penetration through new customer acquisitions and existing clients.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager in the Agricultural Banking Group and the position is located in North Central Alberta. The successful candidate should have a thorough understanding of the Agriculture industry, previous Commercial Banking experience with sound knowledge of Financial Statement Analysis, demonstrate strong relationship management and business development skills. QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate must:
    possess the ability to develop and maintain key relationships with large and complex Agri-business clients
    develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet existing and new clients' needs and provide tailored financing solutions for both lending and non-lending products
    demonstrate effective collaboration and communication with Commercial banking partners and external business partners
    be self motivating and require minimal supervision.
    be highly organized and results oriented

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Ideally the candidate will have an Agribusiness degree, Bachelors or Masters degree in business and/or other relevant education and work experience.

Prior sales experience is required

Previous experience in Commercial Banking and knowledge of Commercial bank products and services OTHER INFORMATION:

Travel is required as market area is Central and North Central Alberta (Red Deer – Grande Prairie).
