Advantage Farm Equipment is looking to fill key Account manager positions in its stores. These individuals will build and actively manages relationships with key agricultural customers across multiple sales territories. In this role, the successful candidate will integrate their depth of knowledge of the customer's business with their extensive knowledge of equipment, technology and leading edge agricultural practices. The result is an extraordinary level of service and value creation for the key customer.
In this role you will support the sale of new and used equipment, aftermarket products and services and integrated technology solutions. Your customer and product knowledge mean that you are able to continually refresh the Advantage value proposition in the marketplace.
In addition to being a trusted advisor for key customers, you will be involved in customer clinics, presentations and field demonstrations. You will commit to staying current with the latest developments and trends in agriculture, and technology and we will support your continuous learning.
We are looking for 3-5 years sales and customer relationship management experience; 2-3 years agriculture equipment; superior written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to learn and stay current on technological and equipment advances.
Key attributes for success in the role include the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and identify opportunities; to be self-motivated and highly organized with well-developed planning and follow up skills.
