Tab is a mobile payments app for dining. We are disrupting the traditional mechanism for paying and splitting restaurant bills with an elegant mobile solution.

Tired of waiting for the cheque? Yah, so are we. Do you get angry after the server passes the wireless POS to your fourth friend? Ugh, it’s the worst. We’re funded by leaders in food and beverage and payment processing and are looking to add to our talented, multifaceted team.

As an iOS engineer at Tab you will be our first mobile engineer and lead the client side product (exciting, right?). If you’ve built apps for a larger company, or have been hacking away at your own personal apps, but would rather become a member of the core team of an early stage startup- keep reading … this gets interesting.

Define the product roadmap, take ownership in building a product from scratch
Build a mobile team, we want to grow fast, and you’ll lead our mobile growth efforts

About You:
You write great software and sweat the details
You know that creating elegant products begins with lots of hacking and iteration.
You have experience with payment processing and mobile commerce: if you’ve integrated an app with Stripe or Braintree – that would be fantastic.
You’ve shipped mobile apps before.
You’re a self motivated person that will take ownership and pride in your work. We won’t nag you, you’re expected to deliver
You can't be paralyzed by uncharted territory or seemingly unsolvable problems.
