Reporting to the Manager, Program Management, Customer Changes, you will be in charge of a multi-disciplinary team of program analysts.

In your role, you will:
- Manage process of launching customer interior configurations for Challenger aircraft;
- Manage customer requests for aircraft interior modifications or customization, from evaluation and offer stages to implementation on the shop floor;
- Lead decision-making and manage risks related to the configuration of unsold aircraft;
- Drive skyline strategies with the sales operations team;
- Provide clear visibility to the business unit on sales activities, difficult and strategic customer-related changes and impacts of customization on your cross-functional stakeholders;
- Participate in strategic and tactical plan definition in order to attain set objectives.
- Manage a team of 8 employees.

Qualifications:
As our ideal candidate,
- You hold a University degree in a related field (Business, Engineering) or equivalent experience (to hold a MBA is an asset);
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position;
- You have proven leadership experience and skills;
- You are a fast learner;
- You are autonomous and creative;
- You have strong analytical skills and good technical knowledge;
- You work well under pressure and with short deadlines and you can adapt to change;
- You have good finance acumen and are able to build business cases;
- You have a good ability to communicate and share information in a clear and efficient manner, both to employees and management;
- You must be bilingual (French and English).
