Responsible for coordination of both crush (OPD) and refinery (Oils) schedules at Harrowby with commercial requirements. The objective is to maximize plant run time by coordinating commercial demand, which includes seed purchases and oil and meal sales, with rail and truck shipments. Responsible for accurate entry of all shipping related data into Bunge information systems as required. Assist the Transfer Facility Supervisor with rail car ordering, positioning to load and shipments. Clerical support for Maintenance Manager. Maintain the Harrowby SAP PM Module. Receive all goods into SAP
Work with Capgemini to resolve payables issues.

Essential Functions:
Promote Safety in all activities Promote and foster a good working relationship with CP Rail.
Assist the Transfer Facility Supervisor, to verify cars on site, car traces, and cars being shipped, to determine the overall car status, for the location.
Support the Maintenance Manager, in all aspects of planning and systems implementation.
Create and maintain material numbers, making sure that the item is not set up in the system already.
Create, change, and delete equipment numbers, as requested by the plant supervisors.
Enter time confirmations for work orders that have been completed.
Create documents, for cycle counts, make changes, and prepare documents for posting.
Receive all items that have been purchased and received at Harrowby, into SAP, making sure that the packing slips match with the Purchase Orders. Question any discrepancies.
Work through all vendor statements, to make sure that all accounts are current, and that all overdue items are questioned.
Work with Capgemini to resolve payables issues, such as outstanding invoices and late payments, late fees.
Work with the Maintenance Manager, throughout the summer shut-down, to help organize work, keep track of contractor activities, keep safety supplies well stocked for all Bunge employees and contractors.
Meet Corporate Safety Objectives, contribute to plant safety program and follow Company Safety Policies and Procedures.
Other related duties as may be required.
Provide backup coverage for other staff as required.
Perform and/or oversee accurate data entry into applicable systems such as GTM, SAP, and rail car billing (Railtrac).
Ensure rail equipment movement is monitored and expedited as customer, production and demurrage dictates
Ensure all shipment related data-entry and other systems meet needs of operations, distribution, transportation and accounting.
Back-up local IT person in shipping related functions (meal, oil).
Post-secondary education with an emphasis in business, logistics, or other related fields preferred
Senior matriculation supplemented by completion of an accounting course, several years in an office environment, experience in transportation, rail traffic or logistics or an equivalent combination of experience and training
Demonstrated proficiency in PC applications, such as Excel and Word. SAP experience is an asset
Unrestricted cross boarder mobility

Must be able to work in the plant area, with exposure to noise, heat, and wearing hard hats, safety glasses and steel toed boots.
Must be able to do some lifting, with the repair parts counts, and with handing out supplies during the shutdown.
Ability to work at various heights, climb equipment, scaffolding and confined spaces
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment
Ability to work overtime may be required
