Support FCC Alliance Partners in offering financing to producers. You’ll build relationships with crop input and livestock businesses to help them and their customers do business.
What you’ll do:
build and maintain relationships with FCC Alliance Partners
work with partners and their customers to understand the benefits and use the program
mentor team members in dealing with complex lending situations
attend industry meetings and trade shows to promote the FCC Alliances program
What we’re looking for:
- an organized and detailed multi-tasker
- a strong relationship builder with a focus on customers
- a confident communicator and team player
- a problem-solver who can deal with change and make decisions
a degree in agricultural finance, business or commerce and at least six years of related experience (or equivalent)
a professional designation
an in-depth understanding of the livestock or crop inputs sectors
a love for agriculture
