Provide first-level IT support by phone or email for software, hardware and networks. Resolve issues for workstations and wireless devices. Fluency in both official languages is required.
What you’ll do:
provide one-on-one instruction to users
troubleshoot a variety of issues on different platforms and programs
answer questions and provide advice
What we’re looking for:
exceptional skills in helping over the phone
a friendly attitude and a focus on quality
the ability to work independently
an understanding of financial terminology and concepts
the ability to travel, especially in the first six months
What you’ll need:
a diploma in a related field, Microsoft Desktop Support Specialist Certification and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent)
experience supporting Microsoft and Apple products
