Seeking candidates with billing/order entry experience and Excel/ACCPAC experience for a fantastic long-term, temporary opportunity!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving customer orders from the sales team
  • Performing billing and order entry on a routine basis
  • Regular communication with the Ministry of Health and WSIB
  • Following government procedures and completing accurate documentation
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel to generate reports and perform various tasks
  • Utilizing ACCPAC to run through order entries and stat modules
  • Working with a POS system


Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relatable billing, accounting, invoicing or order entry experience required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required, and knowledge of ACCPAC considered a strong asset
  • Previous experience using a POS system considered a strong asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with government processes and documentation
