Our clients in the greater Calgary area are always in need of great receptionists to assist for temporary coverage. The duration of assignments can range from 1 day to a couple of months.
Role and Responsibilities
AltisHR is seeking experience receptionists with a minimum of 3-5 years experience to assist with contract temporary positions. At altisHR we are looking for individuals who have worked in both the private and public sector.
The ideal candidate has:
Prior experience in a receptionist position
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A professional and pleasant attitude
Ability to manage a multi line switchboard
Must be available for last minute contracts or short-term contracts.
Hourly salary can range from $13/hour to $15/hour
Bilingual would be a plus
