As a Dow AgroSciences Solutions Center Sales Representative you will work as a member of a sales team to handle inbound agronomic customer enquiries from retailers and farmers. You will also build customer relationships with outbound sales calls, to identify customer needs, evaluate solutions and make recommendations to meet the customer's needs. You will provide crop production information and solutions to retailers, commercial farmers and industry stakeholders. You will be a member of a highly effective sales team utilizing leading edge technology. Extensive training will be provided for short and longer term career development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Represent our products by offering agronomically sound advice to retailers and farmers
- Offer superior levels of service over the phone to develop and nurture relationships with retailers and farmers
- Increase sales by effectively matching our products to the needs of customers
