We believe in provide high quality products and services to our clients and we are looking for a leader to take our Service Department to the next level of customer satisfaction and dealership support.

Service Manager Duties:
The Service Manager will provide leadership in motivating, managing, evaluating and developing service team members. You will organize and manage the service operations to ensure high employee engagement, excellent customer satisfaction and an above average service recovery rate.
 Service Manager will manage Ag Techs, shop employees, and the Service Writer. He/She will be responsible for setting work priorities, controlling costs within the department, building and maintaining a loyal clientele, meeting departmental objectives and maintaining positive employee relations. He/She will also be responsible for scheduling, problem solving, budgets and mentoring Ag Techs.
The Service Manager will also work proactively with the Management Team to proactively provide a positive work environment for employees and a friendly and professional environment for customers.

Job Requirements:
Previous supervisory/management experience and expertise
Excellent customer service skills
Experience with agricultural equipment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and computer skills
Industry experience preferred
College degree preferred
