Job description

 This position is responsible for effective and profitable supervision of the plant grain elevator handling and/or crop inputs operational activities and staff on an assigned shift, in accordance with the location’s business plans, while meeting customers’ needs including shipping/receiving, grading, storage, cleaning, drying and blending product; overseeing product inventories; performing grain marketing duties including calculating quota and recording grain purchases and deliveries.

Requirements
 Certificate/Degree/Diploma demonstrating completion of post-secondary education supplemented with 1 – 2 years experience in the agriculture industry required.
Candidates require customer service and organizational skills with the ability to supervise staff. This position requires physical efforts such as straining, pulling, lifting and standing as well as exposure to elements such as noise, grain dust, cold or hot temperatures. Some evenings or weekends may be required.

 Wage range:
