Advertisement Monsanto Canada is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the marketing team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for administrative support for the marketing team in the Winnipeg and Guelph offices.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide organizational, administrative support and coordination to the marketing team.
- Manage budgets for Marketing Associates.
- Manage the processing of estimates, purchase orders and invoices.
- Process invoices in a timely fashion and ensure expenses are accurately tracked.
- Provide administrative support for Marketing Services team and Customer Strategy Manager.
- Coordinate communication plans and materials.
- Ensure legal compliance of all communication pieces both for Monsanto and partners.
- Execute marketing and communication tactics in conjunction with the marketing agency, within budgetary guidelines.
- Ensure all timelines are met for individual projects in line with Brand manager timelines and launch dates.
Provide support for territory managers for promo material, brochures, etc.
This position will improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of the tactical execution of the marketing and communication plan. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams including:
Marketing team
Sales team
External vendors
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture or related field.
- Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills required) and Adobe.
- Creative thinker that can work well in a team environment.
- Self starter that is detail oriented with a strong commitment to job excellence.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Agriculture knowledge or background would be considered an asset.
