This position will be located in Brossard, QC

OVERVIEW:
1.       Responsible for applying grain deliveries to contracts or similar, and settle payments to suppliers.
2.       Responsible for supplier and customer maintenance, in Bunge’s internal systems (MDM).
3.       Responsible for related accounting support duties in the fields of payable and receivables, passing from effecting payments by wire or check, to invoicing diverse services. 
4.       Responsible for carrying out regular audit processes, as requested by company policy.

JOB RELATIONSHIPS:
1.       Close coordination with the logistical and merchant teams.
2.       Will need to work in as part of the trade-admin team to back up co-workers in the general areas of payables and receivables as needed.
3.       Will need to provide customer service to commodity suppliers when enquires about settlements are concerned.

 TYPICAL DAILY DUTIES/TASKS:

    Update and analyze grain deliveries  into Bunge’s elevators and ports
    Apply deliveries to DP, Storage or contract according to  the case
    Settle payments to suppliers upon ticket application or contract pricing
    Coordinate with the logistical team when the delivery of the grain does not clearly stipulate the contract to be applied on.
    Participate on regular coordination meetings with the logistical groups.

·         Effect wire transfers and issue checks, according to established procedures.
·         Manual entries in SAP, such as invoices, tickets, etc
·         Other trade-admin duties related to assisting the trade-admin team.
·         Create suppliers and or customers in MDM as requested by the logistical or merchant groups.

4.       Effective cooperation with team mates locally
5.       Effective and professional dealing with external suppliers by handling their requests on time.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•     Bilingual French/English
•     College/CEGEP/University education in accounting, finance or business field
•     Intermediate knowledge level of Excel and most common desktop softwares
•     Working knowledge of SAP, a plus
