GENERAL SUMMARY:
To provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface. To perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
·     Canadian High school diploma, GED, or its equivalency

·     Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrences training.

·     Ability to lift 70 pounds or maneuver any package weighing up to 150 pounds with appropriate equipment or assistance from another person.

·     Good interpersonal skills.

·     Computer proficiency

·     A neat appearance and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.

LOCATION
3 Part time positions at :

    3732 57th Ave E, Edmonton T9E 0V4 (near Edmonton International Airport)
    3803 56th Ave NW, Edmonton T6B 3R7

SHIFT REQUIREMENTS
·     Schedule is based on business needs and maybe subject to change.

·     Must possess a flexible availability to accommodate various shifts from Monday to Friday, Part time (12noon - 6.30PM)

·     Flexible end times based on daily operational needs.

·     The schedule will include vacation coverage, sick calls and any other business requirements. 

STARTING WAGE: $16.09 per hour.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
The successful candidates will be offered a job with FedEx Express based on the successful completion of a series of interviews, PC/typing assessments and a clean, current criminal record.
