Qualifications:
Knowledge of related office software, company databases, enterprise structure and standard operating procedures, e.g., Microsoft Office suite, MS Projects, Visio
Minimum of one year of directly related experience or equivalent certification, e.g., certificate/diploma in Records and Information management, project management and document control in a project engineering and construction environment
The position requires an individual who is able to apply analytical and problem solving skills in a high workload, short timelines and high impact activities

Responsibilities:
Provides information management/document control (physical and electronic) technical support to a team(s) associated with major projects/partnerships by:
  • assisting with the administration, maintenance and control of key and general reference documents for the project team through the application of the corporate information management/document control program, e.g., prepare, scan and transfer project records, prepare transmittals for record turnover, update turnover database, etc.
  • assisting with the development and maintenance of project filing and coding structures, e.g., through SharePoint and LiveLink
  • assisting with and learning the process of analyzing business requirements, e.g., process mapping, turnover requirements, etc.
  • assisting with the flow of project information to internal stakeholders
  • assisting with due diligence through FOIP and governance activities
  • providing assistance to stakeholders on the use of the document management program
  • assisting with the continuous improvement and development of document control and management standards, practices and protocols
