In the Office of the Deputy City Manager & Chief Financial Officer, you will perform duties that exemplify exceptional customer service. In this position you will have the opportunity to participate at an administrative level with the large corporate projects currently led by the division. This includes, but is not limited to, the Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrade and the Regina Revitalization Initiative. This position reports to the Administrative Assistant to the Deputy City Manager & Chief Financial Officer and supports Corporate Projects.
The successful candidate will likely have completed an office administration/secretarial certificate in addition to having at least 3 years of related experience and significant experience using word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, email and related office administration software.
