The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.

The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

Title: Administrative Coordinator (Contract – 12 months)

Job Description:
The Bell Residential Services – Field Operations department is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide ongoing support to recruitment team for the on boarding and management of new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong self-management skills, organization and planning abilities . This is an entry level position.

What we are looking for?
* 1-2 years of administrative experience
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint Outlook)
* Fully bilingual in French and English

Critical Competencies
* Strong organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* High attention to detail
* Ability to identify problems and offer timely solutions and improvements
* Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be proactive and work autonomously
* Customer service orientation

What you will bring?
Job Responsibilities

* Work in close collaboration with managers and recruiters to ensure timely distribution of tools and resources for employees.
* Manage the ID creation process for all internal and external employees
* New hire on-boarding
* Create and modify trackers and matrices with confidential data
* Bi-weekly invoice coding
* Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions.

Job Details and Working Conditions

Full time: 37.5 hrs/week

Position Type: contract – 12 months

Location: Laval, Quebec

Start Date: Immediately
