The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.
The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will primarily handle inbound customer service support calls from existing Bell Mobility customers. You will work with other high energy passionate professionals in a friendly team oriented environment.

Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience with MS Office products and web-based applications
* Ability to learn quickly in a changing environment
* Proficiency in problem solving, decision making and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
* High school diploma or equivalent
* A passion for customer service and sales
* Bilingual (French and English)
Salary: $14,50 per hour plus monthly bonus up to 24% of your salary
