Maintenance Engineering develops maintenance programs for Operators aimed at ensuring superior levels of safety, reliability, and economic investment. These programs may be tailored for depending on the type of aircraft and operation.

In your role, you will:
- Analyze aircraft systems and/or structure to develop maintenance programs in accordance to MSG-3 specifications.
- Justify maintenance intervals using cost and reliability data.
- Collaborate with Suppliers, Operators and Regulatory Authorities to establish and maintain aircraft maintenance program requirements and supporting services.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations in support of various customer facing events.
- Support internal and external customer requests for maintenance engineering deliverables such as analyses, impact assessments, cost estimates and program proposals.
- Assist in performing on-site technical evaluations for Operators and recommend improvements.

Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You have a College diploma in Aircraft Maintenance and ten (10) years of related aviation experience.
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning.
- You have a strong comprehensive knowledge of the Global and the Challenger platforms – an asset.
- You have strong English & French communication skills (spoken and written).
- You are comfortable using MS Office programs.
- You are customer-oriented & a team player.
